- What does the application process look like?

After applying, you will be invited to a meeting where we discuss your business and determine if we are the right match for each other. If accepted into the EnviBooster program, you will undergo diagnostics with our colleagues Adéla and Nicolas to find out your Innovation Readiness Level within several areas before the official start. Also, based on the results, you will be assigned a startup guide who will support you throughout the program. You will meet with your guide for 1.5 hours each week.
- How long does the program last?

The program runs for 11 weeks, from March 20th to June 3rd.
- Is attendance at all program activities mandatory?

On site attendance is mandatory at the milestone events: the Kick-off Meeting (March 20th), the Mid-term Event (May 6th), and the Final Event (June 3rd). For the workshops, you are expected to have at least 80% attendance.
- Is physical attendance required?

Yes and no 🙂 On-site attendance is required for the milestone events. However, workshops and your one-to-one sessions with your startup guide will be held online.
- Is participation really free of charge?

Yes, the program is funded by the Integrated Integrated Project LIFE COALA. However, the program’s value is €3,145, and 40% of this support will be recorded under the de minimis registry. You also have to pay for your travel and accommodation.
- Will the program be conducted in English?

Yes, the program language is English.
- Do I need to relocate to participate?

No, only in-person attendance at three key events is required. However, spending more time in Ostrava will give you more opportunities to connect and grow.
- How can I connect with program partners maximize networking opportunities in the program?

To get the most out of the program, clearly define the current state of your business through a thorough analysis, set specific goals, and outline your needs. MSIC has a rich network, and we can actively connect you with relevant contacts based on your focus and requirements.
The milestone events are designed for you to meet partners and potential investors. If your product or service aligns closely with a partner’s business, we will do our best to arrange a meeting for you!
- What will I compete for?

You will have the chance to win two tickets to Slush in Finland, one of the world’s leading startup events. Additionally, winners will be featured in an article or interview on the CSRD.cz platform. You will also have the opportunity to connect with investors and meet them in person at the Final Event.
- What happens after the program ends?

Hopefully, pilot projects and a smooth soft landing! 🙂 You will also gain access to further opportunities within the ecosystem, such as the CEE Startup Network and other initiatives.
