Adam Bočev
Adam was educated in Denmark, where he studied Innovation and Business Development at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU). He also gained valuable work experience as a scout and analyst at Accelerace, a pre-seed VC and the first start-up accelerator in Europe. Today, he lives back in his native Slovakia and supports ambitious start-ups in their global goals, mainly through Czech Founders VC – a community-driven venture capital firm that invests in interesting start-up founders with global ambitions.

Petr Václavek
Petr specializes in creating what people truly want – from the initial idea to the successful operation of a business in the market. In his work, he emphasizes ethics, usefulness, and a positive societal impact.
He is the founder of the startup Decarbonizer.ai, which aims to deliver the simplest ESG reporting in the world. In the field of environmental protection, Petr believes we need practical and efficient solutions that address the urgent challenges of our time.
He helps founders and companies turn their visions into functional realities and believes that together, we can create a better, more sustainable future.

Veronika Dohňanská Mahdalová
She comes from Ostrava, graduated from VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava and before going on parental leave worked as CEO of the online book publishing service Pointa. The service was created in cooperation with company builder Creative Dock. She managed Pointa for 4 years, during which she successfully carried out the start-up merger into Albatros Media a.s. and also managed the covid crisis while maintaining a constant growth. She has extensive experience in project management, marketing and operations management. Currently seated as COO of FREYA CZ s.r.o., helping with covering its wide range of activities such as consulting and PR / PA services, execution of Fenix Content marketing awards, Fénix Media and many others.

Mikuláš Hurta
Ing. Mikuláš Hurta, Ph.D. is a fashion revolutionary and one of the leading figures in sustainable fashion in Europe. He founded NIL Textile, where they developed 100% circular clothing made from new textile materials, including a system for their collection and molecular recycling. He holds a Ph.D. in industrial management and continues his scientific work within this field. He sees the future in the circular economy and the necessity of considering the price of goods in the context of the impacts they cause.

Nicolas Ivanovič
Nicolas plays multiple roles within EnviBooster, from scouting to Innovation Readiness Level diagnostics. He also serves as a startup guide and leads two workshops.
A seasoned entrepreneur and investor, Nicolas has a sharp eye for high-potential opportunities in startups, investments, and tech innovation. Passionate about venture capital, he excels in scaling products, building strong teams, and driving impactful growth.
Beyond his career, he enjoys baking, staying active at the gym, and exploring his passion for aviation.

Sebastian Bialas
With nearly 20 years of experience, Sebastian has evolved from a programmer to a manager and eventually a CEO. Known as the “godfather of startups”, he helps founders transform their innovative ideas into market-ready products, offering strategic guidance beyond just digital product design.Through Push Buttons, Sebastian supports startups from idea validation to market entry, specializing in business modeling, pitch decks, and digital product development. His expertise spans industries like Agro/Food, Education, ICT, Tourism, and AI-driven solutions. An active mentor, investor connector, and author of “Before You Invest: How to Validate an App Idea?”, he has shared his insights through numerous speeches and workshops. His projects range from AI-powered water drones to EdTech solutions utilizing EdgeAI, demonstrating his passion for cutting-edge technologies. Currently, he serves as a business advisor for multiple startups and collaborates with initiatives like Silesian Startup Foundation and Carpathian Startup Fest.

Dalibor Pulkert
Dalibor has been in the business world for over 19 years. As he likes to say, he builds bridges between technology and paying customers. He founded the innovation lab and start-up studio Outboxers, where he helps large companies validate ideas in the market and start turnkey businesses for them. For example, they have helped with innovation at ŠKODA AUTO, ČSOB, ČSAS, Creditas, Vodafone, Economia and many others.
Dalibor’s personal mission in life is to promote entrepreneurship. That’s why he has written a book 30 HOURS (30 hodin), a practical guide to validate ideas in the market. He also co-founded the StartupBox.cz project, a digital smart guide and signpost to the startup ecosystem.

Lenka Mynářová
Lenka Mynářová is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at the Charles University. She has a lifelong commitment to science and research marketing and innovation. She led the marketing team that launched Nanospider technology on the global market in 2008. She also manages various innovative projects of global companies and is the main expert of TAČR (The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic) on Circular Audit. Her goal is to transfer the acquired marketing know-how to start-ups to help them prepare for successful growth and market presence.

Martina Miskolczi
Martina Miskolczi is a professional statistician, business planner and teacher. She currently works for PricewaterhouseCoopers audit and consulting Big4 company, for several startups, and teaches demography at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Professionally, Martina focuses on areas such as strategic and financial planning and modelling, capital raising, due diligence and preparation for investor meetings. She can prepare business plans for start-ups as well as existing companies and advise internal teams.

David Kovalský
In 2010, David co-founded a company that was the first to develop and deploy a mobile trading platform in the financial sector. In 2016, he sold his share and has since been sharing his expertise with startup founders, not only in acceleration programs. Across Central Europe, he coaches business owners and helps them set up growth strategies. He is involved in entrepreneurship support programs of the Spanish government, a Silicon Valley accelerator, and impact-driven business development in the Czech Republic. David is the chairman of the board of the non-profit organization Spirála in Ostrava, a founding member of the SoFarm association, and passionate about investments that improve quality of life. A lifelong space enthusiast, his passion led him to serve as a judge at the global finals of a space project competition in France.”
David is a seasoned entrepreneur with strong technical background. Through multiple companies he’s spent a decade in bringing FinTech innovations to the CEE market. After successfully exiting David redefined himself as an advisor, supporter and an investor. He brings startup know-how and experience with taking a company to the next level. David loves to travel Europe from west to east in search of startup talent. He’s also a huge space fan and still keeps his plans for outer space travel on the roadmap.

Matěj Malecha
Service designer with 7+ years of experience from innovation projects in business, non-profit as well as public sectors & a deep interest in sustainable and responsible business models. He teaches a course about designing for behavioral change at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague.

Chief of Startup Acceleration Team
Adéla is in daily contact with startup founders and entrepreneurs, so feel free to reach out to her whenever you have specific individual needs related to your business.
Adéla currently works at the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Center, where she started as a specialist in international cooperation, preparing and leading projects for programs like Horizon Europe and Erasmus+. She has also worked as a developer in the field of business support and innovation. Now, she leads the startup acceleration team and is responsible for services for startups as well as managing projects such as:
-CEE Startup Network – cross-border platform to boost international cooperation and interconnect startup ecosystems.
-EnviBooster acceleration program for early-stage envi-tech, climate-tech and circular economy startup projects.
-Lab Zero that aims to create high-quality environment for tech transfer and commercialization of research results and motivates students to take up entrepreneurial path and validate new products on the market.
Adéla enjoys sewing with sustainable and innovative materials in textile applications, loves going to the cinema, and hiking in the mountains.

Izabela
Program lead
You can reach out to Izabela whenever you have any questions about the organization, such as where the program will take place, on which platform we will meet, who the mentors are, what the program will entail, details about the contract, how to connect with the partners, etc.
Izabela Lupieńská studied International Relations and European Studies at Masaryk university. During her studies, she gained extensive international experience, for example studying at Sciences Po Grenoble and UZH Zürich. While interning at the Representation of the South Moravian Region to the EU in Brussels, she focused on environmental issues and related legislation. This experience sparked her interest in how agendas discussed at the European level are implemented locally, bringing her back to her home region.
Motivated by her desire to contribute to meaningful change, Izabela was given the opportunity to join MSIC. This allowed her to be part of creating programs that make sense, aim to reshape the region’s structure, and have a real, tangible impact.
In addition to her focus on sustainability, Izabela enjoys spending time in nature, especially through outdoor sports like hiking, biking, and swimming.
