First part will be about how to validate your idea. How to mitigate risks and uncertainty in the beginning of your venture. Second part will be about practical case study and 10 lessons learned, how we were building the startup BeRider - shared electrical scooters in Prague.

He founded the innovation lab and start-up studio Outboxers, where he helps large companies validate ideas in the market and start turnkey businesses for them.
