The Service Design Process Workshop equips participants with tools and methodologies to create user-centered services that are efficient, innovative, and impactful. This workshop combines practical exercises with real-world examples, empowering participants to understand customer needs, map service journeys, and co-create solutions that drive value.
Service designer with 7+ years of experience from innovation projects in business, non-profit as well as public sectors & a deep interest in sustainable and responsible business models. He teaches a course about designing for behavioral change at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague.
