The Financial Business Plan Workshop is tailored for startups seeking practical insights and skills in financial and strategic planning. Led by Martina, an experienced statistician, business planner, and educator, participants will delve into key topics such as creating effective financial plans including pricing, P&L, cash flow plan and preparing for investor meetings and fundraising.
Martina Miskolczi is a professional statistician, business planner and teacher. She currently works for PricewaterhouseCoopers audit and consulting Big4 company, for several startups, and teaches demography at the Prague University of Economics and Business. Professionally, Martina focuses on areas such as strategic and financial planning and modelling, capital raising, due diligence and preparation for investor meetings. She can prepare business plans for start-ups as well as existing companies and advise internal teams.
